2. Our role
We arrange flight tickets on your behalf. The flight itself is operated by the airline, and your travel is also governed by the airline's own conditions of carriage. We are not the airline.
3. Enquiries and fares
- Sending an enquiry is free and does not oblige you to buy.
- Fares, seats and availability change quickly. A fare is only guaranteed once your booking is confirmed, payment is received and the ticket is issued.
- Information on this website is for general guidance and does not form an offer until we confirm it to you in writing.
4. Booking and payment
- Before you pay, we will tell you the total fare and the main conditions of the ticket.
- Payment must be completed by the time we tell you, otherwise the fare or seat may be lost.
- Payment details are shared with you directly by our team when you confirm a booking.
5. Passenger details and documents
- You must give us names exactly as they appear on each traveller's passport or travel document, and correct contact details.
- Mistakes in names or details may lead to airline charges or refusal to board. Any such costs are the passenger's responsibility.
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements and any other documents needed for your journey.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes depend on the airline's fare rules and may carry charges. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Airline changes
Airlines may change schedules, aircraft or cancel flights. When this happens, your options follow the airline's policy. We will inform you as soon as we are told and help you with the available options.
8. Our responsibility
We take care to give accurate information and to arrange your booking correctly. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss or damage caused by airlines, airports, authorities or events outside our control.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
