1. Our refund rules
Refunds for cancelled flight tickets depend on how much time is left before the scheduled departure of your flight, as shown below.

| No-show (you do not travel and did not cancel) | No refund |
2. How the 48 hours is counted
- The 48 hours is counted back from the scheduled departure time of your first flight, in the local time of the departure airport.
- The time of your request is the time we receive your cancellation message in writing on WhatsApp or email.
3. How to request a cancellation
- Send us your full name, booking details and ticket number by WhatsApp at +971 55 214 8502 or by email at flyupticket@gmail.com.
- We will confirm your request and tell you the refund amount that applies.
4. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are paid back using the same method you paid with, or another method we agree with you in writing.
- The time it takes to reach you can depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. Flights cancelled or changed by the airline
If the airline cancels your flight or makes a major schedule change, the 48-hour rule above does not apply. In that case your options (rebooking or refund) follow the airline's own policy, and we will help you request them.
6. Date or name changes
Changes to dates, routes or passenger names depend on the airline's fare rules and may carry airline charges. We will tell you the conditions before you confirm a booking.
